As a student of Ricky Magic, I have helped him at a few of his children’s parties. Not only is he a skilled entertainer he has an amazing ability to make excited children sit down quietly and be wowwed by his show, I’ve heard many a parents say that they wished they were that well behaved at home.
I saw Ricky Magic’s advert in a shop window just over a year ago, magic has always interested me and I had tried to learn tricks myself, but since taking lessons with Ricky my magic and confidence to do magic has improved immensely.
He does not only teach you how to do tricks he teaches you the skills and science needed along with the art of performing those skills to give that trick real magic.
He is able to break the trick down into manageable bites and give you tips which could be as simple as try holding the cards like this or do this to distract what you re doing over hear, he then puts the trick all together and encourages practice, so that when you come to perform the trick you can do it with confidence.
Magic is like a drug it’s addictive, and it is all to easy to want to run before you can walk and to keep wanting to learn more and more trick, with Ricky as a mentor, he makes sure that you learn to do magic properly and not just lean loads and loads of tricks that you can not perform to a high standard. His lessons are always fun and interesting.
